ClariDroits
The project aims to help people understand a letter, organise material and prepare a next step. Its experimental ClariDroits Access companion explores how to identify an appropriate official French service and prepare an official contact channel. Results require review, and neither component replaces professionals, public bodies or human decisions.
Non-public French Alpha — access to be confirmed — ClariDroits is currently a project led by Patrick François Kahouadji, before the legal structure is created.
This page is in English (locale en-GB). The reference country is France. The procedures described fall under French jurisdiction; the language does not select a jurisdiction.
Review status: Human English clarity was reviewed on 30 July 2026. Patrick approved this informational English web release. Native British English review and human accessibility validation are not claimed; no accessibility-conformance claim is made.
Essential functions
The presence and operation of each capability vary by surface and version. Every output remains subject to review by the person or relevant professional.
OCR is intended to help identify the organisation, subject, dates and requested documents.
The project aims to bring documents, facts and missing elements together to support review.
The intended response separates facts, limitations and possible actions without promising an outcome.
ClariDroits Access
ClariDroits Access is being explored as an accessible companion and contact-path orchestrator within the non-public French Alpha. It remains limited to French services and French jurisdiction, and its behaviour and accessibility still require human field testing.
Access is intended to help identify an official French service according to the person’s stated need and relevant French territory.
The explored journey can explain whether an official service publishes a website, secure message, form, telephone number, appointment route or postal address.
Access can prepare the next contact step, but it does not authenticate, call, send, sign, pay or submit anything on the person’s behalf.
Who is it for?
ClariDroits aims to reduce the documentary burden without weakening anyone’s responsibilities.
Understand a document and prepare a procedure at an individual pace.
Aim to track a relative’s priorities without carrying the whole documentary burden alone.
Review whether a structured basis can help without replacing professional expertise.
Responsible AI
ClariDroits must not act as a public authority, doctor, lawyer or automated decision engine. The effectiveness of its safeguards must be checked for each version.
The declared objective is no diagnosis, automated decision or promise that a right will be granted.
Local-first processing and user control are objectives whose actual storage and data flows must be verified for each surface and version.
Digital-confidence settings and functional adaptations are intended to remain separate and combinable, but they are not yet validated by people.
Built from lived experience
Difficulties with case files, medical certificates and disconnected information shaped one simple objective: help without taking away the power to review and decide.
Reduce administrative fatigue and make the next steps easier to understand.
The priority remains Alpha stabilisation, documented review and cautious international preparation.
